You Will Not Go Wrong...
I purchased furniture from American Classics Leather (ACL) and worked directly with Ryan Osborne. I can attest you will have an unbelievably excellent buying experience. We received gorgeous leather furniture. All of this for a terrific value. You will not find better!!!! I say unbelievable because I did not expect the value, experience, quality and overall purchase to be as wonderful as it was.
Buying furniture can be tedious. Going to malls or going to furniture stores is tiresome, frustrating and just feels like you are being sold. Most all the furniture the stores/ malls have to sell is imported trash. It is expensive and may look nice in the showroom, but then you get it home and wonder what you were thinking.
We bought a chesterfield couch, chair-and-a-half with ottoman, a recliner, and a round ottoman. Almost our entire order was customized. What we received for the price they charge was, I repeat, unbelievable. Our room is a total transformation. We replaced ‘trendy mall furniture’ with classic world-class quality furniture.
When we received it both my wife and I were in awe. It is beautiful and very comfortable. There is no question this furniture will be an heirloom that my children will fight over 50 years from now.
I also want to comment on the shopping experience we had with Ryan Osborne and ‘ACL’s website. They truly have every type and design you can imagine. They also have numerous qualities of leather and colors to choose from. I thought it was going to be overwhelming … but Ryan makes it fun and easy. There is no double he knows furniture and he knows leather. He was always happy to speak with us. You are not speaking with a ‘call center’. You are speaking with a caring, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and memorable gentleman. I did speak to a couple of his colleagues too. Each one of them were like Ryan. He never over promised. The time he told us it would take to build was exact! The shipping was first class. We received our furniture earlier than they promised. If you told me to tell you one thing they need to do different … I can’t. I hope they never change. This is the way furniture buying used to be!!!
I never write reviews. …normally I am too busy and frequently I am never ‘wowed’ by an experience and the end result in a retail purchase. This is, like I have said, repeatedly… unbelievable. If you buy furniture from someone else you are missing out. I would bet that a catalogue brand / mall brand / furniture store purchase will be replaced 5 times before you even would consider replacing what you bought from ACL. I can tell you… I will not be replacing. This is furniture that will only get better with age. I am now looking to redo my office and my sun room with furniture from them. … you will not go wrong!!! Recently my wife and I were looking for a QUALITY LEATHER CHAIR for my music room/office. after much research, on-line and in stores, we decided AMERICAN MADE was the only real choice. Others, ie Chinese imports, just didn't measure up, in more ways than one. The chair from AMERICAN CLASSICS LEATHER is everything I had hoped for. It is COMFORTABLE, i expect after a little "breaking in" it will be even more so.
